Dr. Nickel and his Tech Kim are awesome!!! He never rushes me at any of my appointments. He listens to my concerns and questions, and takes his time to address them all. My cat Dusty has some health issues, so I always have questions and Dr. Nickel is patient and understanding. A couple of years ago my cat, Kobe was in congestive heart failure and I was beside myself. I cannot tell you the compassion and caring that Dr. Nickel extended not only to Kobe, but to myself. That is something i will never forget. I have had dogs and cats for the past 36 years and I have never come across a Veterinarian as compassionate, caring and knowledgeable as Dr. Nickel. Dr. Nickel and his staff are definitely 5 Stars!!
